Kamal Bikram Khadka


Advocate/Notary Public Mr. Kamal Khadka, founding partner, completed a Master’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Tribhuvan University Kathmandu.  Mr. Khadka obtained a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the University of Canberra, Australia as a prestigious Endeavour Award winner in 2008.  He has a specialization in labour law and has worked extensively in the areas of local labour law while working for the United Mission to Nepal (an INGO), Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP). He has acquired various international training in the areas of HRM and local labour law. His extensive experience in the labour law issues of the private sector enterprises during his association with the INGO and MoHP has provided a strong base to the firm in the management of labour law-related cases and advisory services to the clients. The firm has, over the years, provided various legal services on labour law issues of various companies and undertaken a number of research activities using his expertise.

Mr. Khadka, as an employee of Liverpool Associate on Tropical Health (LATH – a wing of Liverpool University – UK) contributed significantly and gained valuable experience in HRM and local labour laws.  His noteworthy assignment in MoHP is Human Resources Strategy of Health, 20 years Health Workforce Plan for MoHP, Country profile of MoHP.

Practicing notarial arena, Mr. Khadka has expanded the area of service around the globe and proved himself to be one of the leading notary public lawyers in Nepal.
