The Companies Act 2006 (2063 B.S.)  has made provision of establishment of Branch of Foreign Companies.  The Office of Company Registrar is the  competent  authority for the purpose.  The following Chart explain the procedures for the establishment Branch office of the foreign companies in Nepal.

Registration fee 

The government fee for the registration of branch is based on estimated investment amount to be made in Nepal. The applicable government fee for branch registration is as follows:

Above 500,000,000	3,000 plus for each additional 10,000,000
